  1. Place an order online. If your order is two loads or less, you can schedule a pickup online in minutes. Be sure to include any special instructions (for cleaning, pickup & delivery, etc).

    If your order is more than two loads (or if you have questions), please call us at 714-533-7835 or email us through our contact page to discuss your specific laundry needs and arrange for pickup & delivery.

    You can also call us to create a recurring pickup & delivery schedule, which you’re free to change or cancel at any time.

  2. Prepare your laundry for pickup. Put your hotel linens, towels, and other laundry in any bag. If any items require special instructions, please put them in a separate, labeled bag. We’ll then pick up your laundry at a time and place convenient for you, according to your instructions.
  3. Receive your fresh, clean, sanitized laundry. When your order is complete, we’ll bill your credit card and email you an invoice. We’ll then deliver your professionally cleaned, dried, and folded laundry back to your hotel the next business day (or according to your customized schedule).

Every order is priced by the pound — which means you only pay for what you need to be washed. Minimum orders range from $29.99 to $49.99 depending on where your property is located.

No. While mixing orders in big machines is common in the commercial laundry industry, it increases the risk of damaged items, lost items, or poor wash quality . . . and we know preserving your inventory is important to keeping your hotel running efficiently.

That means that even though smaller loads are a little more expensive for us, we’ll always wash your orders separately from others.

Can you help my hotel meet sanitation requirements?

Yes! We have high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our own facilities, and we know you do, too.

That’s why we wash all hotel laundry in our ozone machines, which clean and sanitize much more effectively than traditional washing machines.

And because mixing orders can decrease wash quality, we’ll also never wash or dry your items with other client orders!
