Do you pickup & deliver?
Yes we now offer pickup and delivery service for Wash & Fold and Dry Cleaning. Wash & Fold is $1.85/lb and Dry Cleaning is charged by the piece. Full pricing information here
Is there a pickup or delivery fee?
No. Free pickup and delivery is included in your order.
Do I separate laundry from dry cleaning?
Yes, please place laundry and dry cleaning in separate, clearly labeled bags.
What kind of bag do I use?
For regular machine washable laundry, please use the Superior Laundry wash & fold bag. For dry cleaning items and laundered shirts, please use the LaundryUp garment bag.
What if I don't have a Superior Laundry bag?
You can use any bag (clean trash bag, shopping bag, grocery bag, etc). If your order includes both dry cleaning and laundry, please be sure to use two separate, clearly labeled bags.
Do I have to be home when you pickup or deliver my clothes?
No, however when placing your order please provide clear instructions where we can find your clothes and drop them off. Please also provide any access codes necessary to enter your apartment or condo building.
How do I place an order online?
How will I be billed for online orders
When the order is completed, we bill your credit card and email you an invoice.
How do I add my cleaning preferences?
During the account setup process you will be able to add your personal preferences that will be followed for each and every order. Also, when you place an order you will be able to create specific instructions for that individual order.
What are the business hours?
We are open from 7AM to 10 PM, Monday to Friday; 6 AM to 10 PM, Saturday & Sunday; Last Wash at 9 PM; 7 days a week. Store hours may change for major holidays.
Do you use quarters?
No, we are a 100% laundry card-operated laundromat; no coins accepted. We do accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and cash.
How do I get a laundry card?
Every location has two kiosks where you can get a new card, and refill your existing card. There are washer bonus dollars when you insert a $20 bill or credit card payment at once.
What happens if I lose my card?
You can self-register your laundry card at the kiosk and we can retrieve the dollar balance on the lost card.
Do I need to have a contract to use Commercial Laundry Services?
No contract is necessary
How do I pay for Commercial Laundry Services?
We can set up payments by credit card or easy monthly billing subject to credit approval.

How do I tell you my cleaning preferences
You can tell our attendant your cleaning preferences in person when you come in for service.
What is the turn-around time for Wash & Fold?
* The normal turn-around time is ready by 5 PM next day when the order is received by 12 PM.
* Same day service is available for a higher price; the order has to be received by 10 AM and is ready by 7 PM.
* There may be exceptions for large commercial orders.
Do you separate my laundry?
Yes, we separate your clothes into lights and darks. We process each order individually and never mix with others.
Does every Superior Laundry location offer dry cleaning service?
No, currently State College in Anaheim is the the only location that offers dry cleaning service.
What is the turn-around time for dry cleaning?
The normal turn-around time is 2 business days when the order is received by 9 AM. Some clothes may take longer, i.e. leather etc.,
Are you green?
Yes. We are 100% Perc-free and use a safe, greener alternative called hydrocarbon.
How do I use the machines?
All the washers and dryers have a card reader that displays the price to use the machine. Insert your laundry card to start the machine(s). We have different sizes of washers and dryers to meet your laundry need. Please ask our attendants on duty to assist you with any questions.
